Who we are

What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive the details you enter: name, email, phone number (optional), the product you are interested in and your message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address and time of the request) for security.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Who receives it

Your request is delivered by email to our sales team. The site is hosted by Hostinger. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and fonts are served from our own server.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 3 years afterwards, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing contract or by law.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it, by writing to Manuel@werzalik.com. You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or your local data protection authority.
